The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Personalized or custom items (e.g., custom prints) cannot be returned unless defective.
Returns for worn, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Refunds may be partial if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts.



3. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or incorrect items.
Requests for exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.



4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will provide a full refund or exchange for damaged or incorrect items.



5. US Shipping Considerations

Domestic shipments in the US usually take 2–7 business days to arrive.
Returns are generally handled via replacement to reduce processing time and shipping costs.
