LUXOR manages the design, production, packaging, and delivery of products through trusted production partners. All items are made to order.

Each product takes about 2–5 business days to be produced before shipping.
If a delay occurs, customers will be informed by email.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs, or carrier delays.
LUXOR cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers but will do its best to help customers if any issue occurs.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and shown before payment.
Occasionally, free shipping promotions may apply.
5. Delivery and Responsibility
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping information is correct and complete.
LUXOR is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If the package appears damaged on arrival, ask the courier to issue a “Damage Report” and take photos before opening. Claims without proof may not be eligible for a replacement.
6. Lost or Damaged Items

7. International Shipments
